  • How do I book a rental?

    To contact us for general questions and pricing, feel free to email us at TheBounceEventRentals@gmail.com. If you know which rental/package you’d like to book, head over to our contact page and submit a form. We will get back to you in a jiffy!

  • Why can't I find a phone number for The Bounce?

    Currently, our only form of contact is through our email and/or website. Our team consists of two busy moms who also have separate careers. At this point in time, we find it most realistic to answer inquiries and customer questions via email during a quick break in our busy days. We simply are unable to adequately respond to phone calls and voicemails. Please allow at 24-48 hours for a response; however, we often respond within a few hours!

  • What happens if the weather is bad for my event?

    Safety is our first priority here at The Bounce! Inclement weather- including rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, snow, etc.- put us and our customers at risk. In the case of unsafe conditions, your rentals may be refunded or changed. Please refer to our Bouncer Liability and Soft Play Liability agreements for more information.

  • When will new inventory be added?

    Inventory will be added as our business grows. If you have any suggestions or requests, feel free to shoot us an email! We would love to hear from you!

  • Will my rental be delivered?

    All of our rentals require staff delivery and set-up, as well as take down. We currently serve Orting, Puyallup, Graham, Bonney Lake, Buckley, and Sumner. Locations outside of these parameters are subject to approval.

  • Can I keep my rental overnight?

    The Bounce does not currently offer overnight or multi-day rentals.

  • How long do I get to keep my rental?

    Short answer: It depends. Some of our bounce houses have limitations on how long they are able to be powered on; however, some of our non-inflatable rentals can be utilized for a longer period of time. Rental time slots will be decided on a case-by-case scenario, dependent on many factors.

  • Can I book a bounce house for a community event?

    We love working with communities! Public events may require special permitting and staffing. Contact us to discuss specifics!
